Concerning compensation for part-time academic employees at community colleges (Pollet, Haler, Appleton)

Requires the pay for all part-time nontenure track
academic employees to be: (1) Prorated based on the
employee's percent of a full-time academic workload; and
(2) Increased to one hundred percent pro rata pay
achieved no later than the 2020-2021 academic year.
