Removing the requirement that an employee must work at least six months before taking vacation leave (Dolan, Doglio, Ormsby)
1ST SUBSTITUTE COMPARED TO ORIGINAL:
The substitute bill specifies employees terminating public employment may be paid for accumulated vacation leave if the employee worked for six continuous months. Accumulated vacation leave is not calculated in benefits.
