Protecting survivors of domestic assault from employment discrimination (Doglio, Appleton, Orwall)

Modifies domestic violence leave provisions. Declares that it is in the public interest to ensure that victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking are able to: (1) Seek and maintain employment without fear of discrimination; and (2) Have reasonable safety accommodations in the workplace. Prohibits an employer from refusing to hire; discharging, demoting, suspending, discriminating, or retaliating; or refusing to make a reasonable safety accommodation requested by; an individual who is a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
