Requests for Allocation of Space

The Office of Planning and Budgeting, Capital Resource Planning, supports the Provost in the allocation of capital and space resources.

The Office of Planning and Budgeting meets regularly with the Chancellors, Deans, and Administrative Unit leaders to discuss their organization's financial needs and space requirements. It is within this context that requests for space are received and considered.

On-Campus Space

UW Faculty, staff, programs and departmental units should contact their administrative leadership regarding their space needs, and for assistance in bringing on-campus space requests forward for consideration.

Off-Campus Leased Space

The Real Estate Office is responsible for leasing off-campus space on behalf of the University of Washington. Please contact the Real Estate Office directly to initiate this process. More information and the leased space request form can be found on the REO website.
